 Gas generator sets, manufactured by Cummins Power Generation, are small cogeneration units that are fuel efficient, fully adapted to consumers needs and environmentally friendly. What make is unique is the fact that every component of cogeneration unit is manufactured in one factory - Cummins Power Generation (UK).
Equipment with gas engines are obtaining the highest levels of fuel economy. Normally, the burning process in classic engine is wasting about 55% of fuel energy whereas the gas engine offers almost 90% of fuel efficiency.
 Gogeneration units are fully integrated and consist of: gas, four cycle, electronic engine with PMG alternator and automatic voltage regulation. Moreover, they have several models of control panels and gas ramps. Cogeneration unit could be mounted in factory tested container, weather resistant and with simple optins for monting on existing electrical and heating installation - plag and play system. This is how Cummine Power Generation obtained very low noise levels (no more than 50dB in reach of 50 m). The smallest units are 100 Kwe and the biggest are 2Mwe.
The cogeneration unit can work separately or in parallel with the local energy system supply.
