"Cummins SerboMonte d. o. o." (CSM), was established in 1996. at that time known as "YUGO-DIZEL d.o.o.". "YUGO-DIZEL d.o.o." operated as a Cummins dealer for the territory of FR Yugoslavia.

In 2000, the Company signed distributor agreement and changed its name to "Cummins Dizel Motori d.o.o."

Today, "Cummins SerboMonte d.o.o." (CSM) apoints leadership in diesel engines, generator sets, filters and spare parts sales as well as after sales support on the territory of Serbia, Republic of Srpska and Montenegro. It has 51 employees and € 6 milion net sales per annum. Its three main offices are: Belgrade (Serbia), Prijedor (Republic of Srpska) and Podgorica (Montenegro).
